Roger has a wealth of experience advising healthcare businesses on financial performance, business structures and long-term financial planning. He works closely with clients to help them understand performance, identify opportunities for improvement and implement practical strategies to achieve their financial objectives.

Roger is heavily involved in advising on remuneration planning, restructuring, partner buy-ins and retirements, as well as assisting clients with practice acquisitions, disposals and succession planning. His experience enables him to support healthcare business owners through all stages of the business lifecycle, from growth and expansion through to exit planning.

Roger also has significant experience in restructuring businesses to meet both the commercial requirements of clients and provide efficient structures for managing ongoing tax liabilities.
