Andy’s approach to consultancy is largely responsible for Moore Scarrott’s national reputation since he co-founded the firm in 2001. For more than two decades, he has been primarily focused on delivering successful strategies for high performance businesses, high earners and leading the firm in its development of specialist sectors, in particular dental, healthcare and professional practices.

Coming from a veterinary and medical family, Andy has, over many years, seen first-hand the pressures and challenges faced by healthcare professionals and business owners. He is passionate about supporting the sector and his extensive experience in advising professional partnerships, limited companies and owner-managed businesses supports this.

Always exploring opportunities arising from evolving business models and ownership structures, Andy ensures his clients remain ahead of the curve by restructuring businesses to limit liability, mitigate tax and realise their financial objectives.

Andy has lectured widely over the years on financial matters for professional organisations, written for various professional journals and co-authored books.

In addition to managing the Moore Scarrott group, Andy spends time with his large family and runs a livestock farm in Dorset, so is fully aware of the time limitations on busy professionals.
